Cooking course

Our kitchen team will guide you through the recipes and provide support where needed. They will explain how they think when they make food, and what they focus on. You will be divided into groups that work together and are responsible for a particular dish, but you will also be in close contact with each other so that you can both communicate and co-operate with the other groups. Afterwards all the food is laid out in a buffet so that everyone can have their fill.
